CoSN State Advocacy

We work at the state level on several policy issues. In 2018, CoSN worked collaboratively with our chapters in:
  • Watch CALET leaders discuss their partnership with CoSN to expand their direct advocacy capacity.
  • Learn advocacy strategies from this new video describing how CALET shaped Colorado’s student data privacy law.
  • CoSN was pleased to work with the Texas K-12 CTO Council to support the chapter's annual Capitol Walk. Chapter members met with state legislators to talk about their district's EdTech needs and the Council developed this terrific video to recap their successful advocacy day.
